Take it slow, Joe!

Yeah--I've done it--I mean, who hasn't crawled?

I've been crawling for a good 2 weeks, now.

It's time for some more excitement!

I need to stand up, I tell ya--stand up!

Young Skywalker

Dad calls this my light saber for some reason.

Don't tell him it's really just a pen--I think it would break his heart.

He seems to enjoy making these weird sound effects when I move it around!

Vacation Bible School

This was my first Vacation Bible School, and I had a great time!

Mom helped with the music, and I got to greet the kids at the door

when they came in.

I loved to cruise around in my stroller and visit the classes--

especially the music class!

Dad helped me model my VBS t-shirt.

We took a family photo, too! The theme was Game Day Central.

Right up me and Dad's alley!

Dad took me on the moon bounce--but I wasn't quite ready for that.

Aunt Andi's dog Maggie thought I needed a bath.

I wasn't so sure about that.

Milestones

I've been hitting milestones recently! Friday the 13th was a BIG day!

I started crawling like nobody's business, and I got my first tooth.

I'm such an over-achiever--I've already gotten another tooth since then!

I had a good time playing on the deck with Mom

(while Dad worked in the yard).

There were too many mosquitos out that day, or I would have been in the grass.

Daycare thought it would be fun to spike my hair with gel.

Fourth of July

I had a great first Fourth--even though I slept through the loud fireworks

in my neighborhood.

Silly Grandma! That's not the way the book is supposed to go!

I love hanging out with Grandpa!

My buddy Chris let me borrow his hat. Fits pretty well, don't ya think?

Grandpa let me take a spin on his new bike--pretty brave Grandpa!
